چکیده
Background: Repairing the burn-injury induced cell death and improving wound healing are critical issues. Objectives: This study was focused on assessment of hydroxychloroquine (HCQ)- recovered burn injury in vivo vitro models. Materials & Methods: In this study, we constructed animal models second-degree burns, showed that heating at 55 Celsius degree for 5 min caused skin cells to switch from apoptosis stage necrosis stage. We investigated expression Wnt/ β-catenin pathway markers autophagy related proteins model. Results: HCQ could significantly decrease burn-induced cycle. Here, demonstrated protected Bip p62 protein prevented LC3B rising continuously. allowed cellular migration accelerate burned HaCaT an dorsal The addition ICG001 inhibitor Wnt/β-catenin reduced HCQ’s ability promote healing. reduce by injury. restored burned-dorsal repairs damage through pathway. Conclusions: Our results first reveal new applications HCQ. protect cells. marker β-catenin, essential activating signaling, repair pathway, while triggering vivo.

TGF-β1 enhanced myocardial differentiation through inhibition of the Wnt/β-catenin pathway with rat BMSCs
Objective(s): To investigate and test the hypotheses that TGF-β1 enhanced myocardial differentiation through Wnt/β-catenin pathway with rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs).Materials and Methods: Lentiviral vectors carrying the TGF-β1 gene were transduced into rat BMSCs firstly. Then several kinds of experimental methods were u...
متن کاملPharmacological Activation of the EDA/EDAR Signaling Pathway Restores Salivary Gland Function following Radiation-Induced Damage
Radiotherapy of head and neck cancers often results in collateral damage to adjacent salivary glands associated with clinically significant hyposalivation and xerostomia. Due to the reduced capacity of salivary glands to regenerate, hyposalivation is treated by substitution with artificial saliva, rather than through functional restoration of the glands. During embryogenesis, the ectodysplasin/...
متن کاملThe Canonical Wnt Signaling (Wnt/β-Catenin Pathway): A Potential Target for Cancer Prevention and Therapy
Precise regulation of signal transduction pathways is crucial for normal animal development and for maintaining cellular and tissue homeostasis in adults. The Wnt/Frizzled-mediated signaling includes canonical and non-canonical signal transduction pathways. Upregulation or downregulation of the canonical Wnt-signaling (or the Wnt/β-Catenin signal transduction) leads to a variety of human diseas...
متن کاملImmediate burn wound excision restores antibody synthesis to bacterial antigen.
Although burn wound excision and grafting have been shown to improve patient survival, the effects on immune function, especially humoral immunity, are not completely understood. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of immediate and early wound excision on antibody synthesis and B-cell proliferation, specifically, antibody response to PGPS, a ubiquitous bacterial cell wall an...
متن کاملThe WNT/Beta-catenin pathway in melanoma.
The Wnt/beta-catenin pathway is involved in various cellular activities--including determination, proliferation, migration and differentiation--in embryonic development and adult homeostasis. The deregulation or constitutive activation of the Wnt/beta-catenin pathway may lead to cancer formation. This review focuses on the role of the Wnt/beta-catenin canonical signaling pathway in the melanocy...
